A deep and structured red with aromas of blackcurrants, blackberries, toasted spices, black olives, walnuts and cigar box. Full-bodied, smoky and tarry. Really intense, with firm, very tight tannins. Quite an elevated and rich cabernet franc with a lot of extraction and ripeness to its fruit, yet there is balance and form. It should soften after two to three years. Try after 2027.
