SCARPA – Briccomora Barbera D’Asti DOCG
The best way to enter the world of Scarpa. A deep yet straight forward Barbera, elegant and powerful. A “must try” to experience the grand soul of Monferrato.
From the moment Antonio Scarpa set foot on the Piemontese hills, he chased the dream of establishing a small winery that would accumulate the best traditions in the region in order to share the most cherished Italian beverages.
The modern Scarpa winery is the work of Mario Pesce, a wine maker from Nizza who took a small wine cellar and converted it into an established company with best-in-industry standards. Scarpa believes in the classic expressiveness of Piedmont wines, in their natural ability to evolve and age, proving that only time – and constant care – can unveil the noblest essence of our land.
